JRS Electric was founded with a simple goal: give New York homeowners and businesses access to a reliable electrician who actually shows up, does the job right, and won’t leave them guessing. After years of working in the NYC electrical trade, Justin saw firsthand how hard it was for people to find a contractor they could trust — especially for urgent work.

Today, JRS Electric handles everything from emergency electrical repairs and panel upgrades to EV charger installation and commercial electrical work. Every job is done by licensed, insured electricians who know NYC’s building stock — the brownstones, pre-war buildings, high-rises, and mixed-use spaces that make electrical work in this city unique.
